Each original master – whether created by the artist of clay, wood, concrete or another media of the artisan’s choice – is delicately “treated”. Every aspect of detail is taken into consideration so as to skillfully capture every nuance the artist has carved into the piece. Depending on the form and the artists’ desired outcome, the type of mold and mold-material is chosen.

Once the mold process is complete a reproduction can then be produced by casting a material – that, once again, is chosen by the artist. The reproduction will be cast under either vacuum, pressure or both. The piece will then be de-molded and placed in the finishing department for appropriate finishing.

The cast is then sent to our team of artists who then apply the appropriate color, via paint, which then transforms the cast into either a realistic rendition of the original, or by working with the artist, can be transformed into unique variations of the theme.
